Really helpful advice for focusing and prioritising when you feel have too many ideas.
Following the session it really helped to jot down all the must-do ideas as a list of potential future projects & goals. The key word being potential. When you see them all complied as individual projects that should be allocated a few months (or as appropriate) you are able to see why jumping from task to task, and trying to do them all at once is impossible. Breaking the ideas and actions down, and really thinking about what’s urgent, necessary and important has already given me more clarity about what I actually need to do (and don’t do) that is relevant for the business.
